Business expert: "celebrate more local success"

Ninder Johal, the Chair of the Black Country Asian Business Association Awards, says Midlands companies in the manufacturing and automotive sectors should celebrate their ongoing success. He was speaking to ITV News Central before this year's awards ceremony in Wolverhampton on Friday. He said the Black Country was at the heart of local manufacturing, and reinforced the importance of local firms playing a key part in the success of bigger companies.

He went to give his top three tips for those looking to stay and succeed in local business, and also gave his views on business growth in the region.
