Leicestershire Policed ranked 'number one' for gay employees
Leicestershire Police are top for gay officers, a new list shows.
Stonewall's '2014 top 100 gay friendly employers' ranked Leicestershire Police as number one police force in England for gay employees.
They ranked 29th overall, up from its previous position of 68th.
It has been over a decade since legal protection from harassment at work for lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) came into effect in Britain.
