Carl Froch held an open training session in Nottingham today as the countdown begins to his world title defence on Saturday.

The boxer is once again having to leave his home town to defend his IBF and WBC world titles, this time in Manchester.

The fight, which takes place on Saturday sees the Cobra up against George Groves, an undefeated Commonwealth champion who is more than a decade younger than 36-year-old Froch.
