ITV News Central already uses social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter to find out what you think about our stories, but now we would like to see and hear from you.

Most of us have mobile phones, laptops or tablets to hand nowadays, so you are only ever a few clicks away from sending your videos straight to our newsroom.

If a story on one of our programmes has got you talking and you've got something you need to get off your chest, switch on your device, get yourself in shot, and hit record.

To get involved, just send a short clip of yourself to centralnews@itv.com.
