The Chief Executive of Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust, Lyn Hill-Tout, has issued a statement following the publication of the report into "failings" at the hospital.

Lyn Hill-Tout also thanked Mr Francis, who chaired the inquiry, as well as the patients and families who were involved.
