Man accused of murdering six children in Derby remanded into custody
A 45-year-old man has appeared at Derby Magistrates Court charged with the murders of six children.
Paul Barry Mosley is accused of six counts of murder after Jade Philpott, who was ten, and her brothers John, nine, Jack, eight, Jesse, six, Jayden, five, and 13-year-old Duwayne died in a house fire in May.
The six children died in a fire at their home on Vicotry road in the Allenton area of Derby in May
He's been remnaded into cusotry and isdue to reappear at Nottingham Crown Court on the 8th November.
Mick and Maraid Philpott have already been charged with the murders of their six chidlren and are also due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on the same day.
