Northampton Saints secured victory in their opening round match against Glasgow in the Heineken Cup.The Saints, had to dig deep after falling to a 15 nil deficit.
But just as the game seemed to be slipping away from them, Jim Mallinder's side turned the Pool Four clash on its head with three tries in six minutes either side of half-time.
Centre George Pisi touched down with two of those while fly half Stephen Myler got the the other just after the break.
A 4th was added late on by Vasily Artemyev to secure a a bonus point as Saints enjoyed a well earned 24 points to 15 victory.
However it was not such a good afternoon for Leicester Tigers, they lost their opening match in Toulouse by 23 points to 9.
The early exchanges had seen the accurate kicking from Tiger's Toby Flood and Toulouse's Luke McAlister cancel each other out.
But when the French side scored the only try of the match through 18 year old Gael Fickou they took the lead and this time wouldn't look back.
McAlister missed the conversion but still ended the match with 6 penalites giving his side a comfortable win and leaving Leicester to work out what went wrong.
