The world's largest onion grow by a man from Nottinghamshire is one of the attractions at the annual Harrogate Autumn Flower Show this year.

The record-breaking onion weighs 18lb 1oz beating the last record by 2oz both set by the same man Peter Glazebrook from Newark.

The huge onion is just one of many giant vegetables on display at the show this year, Peter also scooped the prize in the Giant Marrow Class weighing in at 119lbs 12oz.

Other vegetables of shockingly giant size include cabbages as seen here filling a wheelbarrow by Mr Glazebrook, this vegetable won him yet another prize at the show.
