Cloud will increase from the west overnight tonight with light, patchy rain spreading SE'wards.

It will be breezy but the wind and cloud will keep temperatures up in double figures, 12 or 13c.

Friday morning will start damp across the Central region with showers feeding through the Cheshire Gap, but they will be mainly isolated and light.

It will be breezy too with those NW'erlies easing through the day from the SW. During the afternonthere will also be more sunshine around 16 to 18c, 64f.

Overnight Friday into Saturday it will be dry and chilly.
