Last year a Greek civil court held holiday firm Sunsail liable for the death of Laura Morgan from Woodborough. Laura died when the catameran she was in capsized at a Greek holiday resort in 2003.
Two employees from Sunsail were later found guilty of negligence and received 10-month jail sentences, suspended for three years.Following the civil hearing Laura's family was awarded a six-figure payout.
