Alcester plays host to one of the UK's biggest street parties

Bunting, picnic tables and gazebos took over the town centre of Alcester today, as residents came out to brave the rain and celebrate the diamond jubilee.

Although the weather may have taken a turn for the worse, the spirits of local residents weren't dampened as the streets came alive with revellers.
