Karam prepares to carry the flame
One of people carrying the torch through the Midlands tomorrow will be 14 year old Karam Cheema from Coventry. He was nominated for helping his family with charity work and fundraising at the the local shop that they run in Tile Hill.
The Cheema family have run the store for 30 years and regularly help to raise money for local charities. Karam has helped to raise funds for the Air Ambulance, the Snowball Appeal, and Help for Heroes. He also helped to donate 60 Easter eggs to children in hospital in Coventry.
Karam will carry the torch through Droitwich Spa in Worcestershire tomorrow evening, and his whole family will be there to cheer him on.
