Pub turns into Jubilee boat

The landlord of the Coach and Horses in Kilworth has been planning the transformation for a year year after the success of the Royal Wedding Street.

Andrew Southerden was inspired by the pageant of 1000 boats taking part in the Thames flotilla on June 3rd.

The preparation off site has taken months, the fitting of the pub just three days. Everything is cosmetic and completely reversible.

It's cost £16,500 to temporaliry convert the pub, and the interior has been decorated like a fishing boat with nets and lanterns.

The landlord says its been a real team effort.
