A young female cat has miraculously escaped with her life after being shot right between the eyes by an air rifle. She was found in Groveley Lane, Birmingham with the air gun pellet lodged in her head. She was taken to the RSPCA Birmingham animal hospital. where they removed the pellet.

The four year old feline been named Gabrielle and is doing well.

The RSPCA have condemned the actions.
