Big loser is a winner

Asad had major surgery, including a gastric bypass, at the Heartlands Hospital in Birmingham in a desperate bid to lose weight

Now Asad intends to repay the hospital for their help and support by raising money for the unit which changed his life. He'll do it by running his first half marathon tomorrow.
