Willett should be given star on Walk of Fame

A jubilant Danny Willett has tweeted selfies of him and his coveted green jacket. Meanwhile, there are calls for the Sheffield golfer to be given a star on the city's Walk of Fame.

Danny Willett has done Sheffield proud and his success on the world’s stage last night shows Sheffield at its best. Willett should be recognised by the City for this outstanding achievement. As a minimum he should be given a star on the Sheffield Walk of Fame but his achievement would merit freedom of the City.
