Sir Patrick Stewart to attend right-to-die bill meeting

Huddersfield-born actor Sir Patrick Stewart, who's a supporter of the national campaign to legalise assisted suicide, is attending a meeting of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Choice at the End of Life later this afternoon to discuss the right to die bill.

Last week the European Court of Human Rights rejected the appeal of Paul Lamb from Leeds who wants to end his life at a time of his choosing.
