The funeral will take place today of Keighley Cougars player Danny Jones.

Almost £150,000 has been raised in Danny Jones' memory

The 29-year-old died of a rare heart condition after collapsing while playing for the Cougars in London in early May.

Almost £150,000 has been raised by the Rugby League Benevolent Fund for a trust fund for his baby twins since his death.

The Wales international's will be held at St Mary's Church in Halifax.

The wake will follow at Brighouse Rangers ARLFC in Halifax, which his widow, Lizzie, hopes will be a celebration of his life:

We want people to come in their rugby jerseys and wear bright colours to remember his wonderful fun personality.
