Memorial tree to be planted for Sheffield house fire victims

A tree is being planted today in memory of three generations of the same family who died in a devastating house fire in Sheffield last year.

A nine-week-old baby girl and two other children aged nine and seven were among the victims of the fire in the Sharrow area of Sheffield.

Shabina Begum, 54, and her 20-year-old daughter Anum Parvaiz also died.

Police and fire officers investigating the cause of the blaze said it was probably caused by an electrical fault involving a faulty charger.
