In our series of special reports into the British Army's overseas training exercise in the jungle of Central America, we've seen how soldiers from across the country are learning basic survival techniques, including how to source food and water - and start fires in some of the most difficult conditions imaginable.
As part of the programme, troops are being taught different styles of attack in live firing ranges. It's training, which more of our military could be put through as Britain ends its combat mission in Afghanistan.
