The body of a man believed to be in his mid to late 20s has been recovered from a lake in a quarry in Doncaster.
Search teams recovered the body at around 12.30pm today from the lake, we believe to be known locally as Clay Lake.
Officers are still trying to establish the full circumstances surrounding his death, but at this time do not believe it to be suspicious.
The man has not yet been formally identified.
At around 11pm on Friday night police were called to Darley Avenue in Athersley to reports that a man had been stabbed.
