Man shot dead in Sheffield
A murder investigation has begun in Sheffield after a 23-year-old man died of what are believed to be gunshot wounds.
Sheffield shooting a "targeted attack"
Detectives investigating the murder of a 23-year-old man found shot in Sheffield yesterday morning say it was an isolated incident.
They added the shooting, near Queen Mary Road, Manor, was thought to be a targeted attack.
Extra officers are patrolling the area. The victim was found with gunshot wounds and was taken to hospital where he died a short time later.
