A 37-year-old man has been remanded into custody in connection with the shooting of a female police officer in Leeds.

Police in Leeds have arrested a 37-year-old man in connection with the shooting of a female police officer earlier this morning.
The man was arrested at 10.10am on Wood Lane in the Headingley area of the city.
