200 families join 'social supermarket' pilot scheme

Organisers of Britain's first "social supermarket" in South Yorkshire say around 200 families have joined the pilot scheme.

The shelves have been fully stocked with food other stores have thrown out. It's backers say there are already plans to open another 20 supermarkets around the UK. Membership cards are being issued only to families below a certain income threshold.
