Half of pancreatic cancer diagnoses in Yorkshire caught too late

More than half of patients with pancreatic cancer in Yorkshire aren't diagnosed until their condition becomes an emergency.

Currently, only four percent of people who are diagnosed late, survive.

Alexandra Ford from charity, Pancreatic Cancer UK, is calling on the Government to raise awareness and believes that the survival rate would be higher if GPs new more about the disease.
