The 15th year of the Pride of Britain awards is being marked by a gala ceremony in London tonight - hosted by broadcaster and presenter Carol Vorderman. Among the nominees is Yorkshire's Francine Levin.
Hull "bee lady" named Fundraiser of the Year at Pride of Britain Awards
Jean Bishop from Hull, who dresses as a bee to raise cash for Age Concern, has been named Fundraiser of the Year at the Pride of Britain awards.
91-year-old Jean has become well known in the region and has raised more than £90,000.
