Police have released the names of two men who died when the van they were travelling in collided with a lorry in Nottinghamshire. Zac Payne, 20, of Low Road, Balby, near Doncaster, and Michael Morris, 48, of Castle Mews, Scawthorpe, Doncaster, suffered fatal injuries on the A1 on Wednesday.
The crash at Claypole, near Newark, happened at around 5.30am. The 60-year-old driver of the lorry was not injured.
At around 11pm on Friday night police were called to Darley Avenue in Athersley to reports that a man had been stabbed.
