Leeds runner at Boston blast
There are at least 20 people from our region who have taken part in the Boston Marathon - the scene of two explosions. Jeremy Hughes from Leeds, who ran the marathon, spoke to us from his hotel room.
Leeds runner's lucky marathon escape
Jez Hughes ,a firefighter from Morley in Leeds had just finished the Boston marathon but thanks to a last minute change of plan by his wife, he and his family escaped the blast by minutes. We spoke to him about how lucky an escape they had had.
