Tributes have been paid to one of the two men killed when their car was hit at 60 mph by a train at the Great Coates crossing, near Grimsby. 47-year-old Paul Hodge was a former serviceman who lived on the Nunsthorpe estate in Grimsby.
His son Ryan was too upset to talk to Calendar today, but neighbours spoke of "a kind man who'd do anything to help anybody". His ex-wife Pat left a message on Facebook thanking people for their kind words.
