Investigation into fatal level crossing crash

A full investigation into why a train - travelling at sixty miles an hour - crashed into a car on a level crossing near Grimsby, killing two people, has been launched.

British Transport Police says the driver of the car, who died along with his passenger, could be responsible for the crash which happened near Great Coates station. David Hirst reports
