Police in Lincolnshire are searching farmland in connection with the suspected murder of a Nottinghamshire man.
Two arrested in James Brodie search
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of the murder of James Brodie. Brodie, who was 19, is believed to have gone missing shortly after jeweller Marian Bates was shot dead during a robbery in Nottingham in 2003. He has not made any contact with family or friends in more than nine years.
The men, aged 32 and 31, were arrested early today and will be questioned throughout the day. The arrests come as searches at Maize Farm, in East Heckington, Lincolnshire, continue.
