Holiday park pays compensation for pool accident

A man left paralysed after diving into a shallow swimming pool at a holiday park has been awarded more than a million pounds in compensation. Danny McCarrick dived into water just a metre deep at the Skipsea Sands Holiday Park in East Yorkshire, thinking it was the deep end.

There was just one small warning sign and no lifeguard. Five years after his accident a judge has ruled that the park should pay out. This is Danny's reaction.
