Two people have been charged after Bilal Raffey Khizar was killed on a crossing in Bradford by a car being followed by police.
Pair charged over hit and run death
A man and woman have been charged over the death of a boy in Bradford.
12-year-old Bilal Khizar died after being hit by a car that did not stop as he was crossing the road on Rooley Lane in the city on Saturday 6 October.
A 21-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, perverting the course of justice and other motor related offences.
A woman, also aged 21, has been charged with perverting the course of justice.
