Two people have been charged after Bilal Raffey Khizar was killed on a crossing in Bradford by a car being followed by police.
More time to question over hit-and-run
Detectives have been given further time by magistrates to question a 21-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman arrested in connection with the death of Bilal Raffey Khizar.
