A female teaching assistant who sexually abused a teenage boy has been jailed for more than 3 years. 41-year-old Rachel Peters from Edlington in Doncaster had pleaded guilty to having sex with a 13-year-old boy in her car in June after contacting him over the internet.
Today at Doncaster Crown Court Peters, who had been a teaching assistant for 17 years, was jailed for 3 years and 3 months. She was also ordered to sign the sex offenders register.
