Paralympic flame in Yorkshire
The Paralympic flame has arrived in Yorkshire. It was carried into our region by 8-year-old Evan Whitton who defied doctors by walking, despite being told he would be in a wheelchair for the rest of his life.

Evan Whitton, 8, from West Yorkshire representing all 5 local authorities in Yorkshire holds the Flame during the lighting of the Paralympic Cauldron in Trafalgar Square, central London.
