The Leeds United Supporters Trust can confirm that the deal to buy the club has now collapsed.
United had been in talks with potential purchasers for almost two months and announced on June 26 that an unnamed consortium of Middle Eastern businessmen were performing due diligence on the accounts at Elland Road.
