Flood-hit businesses in the Calder Valley can apply for a share of a £250,000 fund.
The Recovery Investment for a Stronger Economy (RISE) fund is from Calderdale Council's budget.
It is being used to provide short-term and long-term help to get businesses back up and running.
Small to medium-sized businesses affected by the floods and which suffered loss of stock, loss of business, damage to business premises can apply, as can businesses wanting to install specialist barriers and similar equipment.
