WEATHER: A better day for Monday
Today we've had cold, very wet and very windy weather.
Tomorrow will be drier, brighter and less windy.
This afternoon's highs were about 5c. The average is about 12c for late April. By tomorrow afternoon it could get to 17c inland in any sunshine - a very different feel to the day.
