Platoon Sgt Spencer Davies, better known as Taff, is training for a twenty four hour charity run.
He'll complete the challenge in full army kit while carrying fifteen kilos. He will run / speed march a 3.2k circuit continuously to raise money for four charities including Help for Heroes.
Platoon Sgt Davies expects to run over 120 miles, the equivalent of around five marathons during the challenge.
Based at the Army Foundation College in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, Platoon Sgt Davies recently returned from a seven-month tour in Afghanistan.
