Parents seek diagnosis for Brody, 4

Victoria Whittam has been to the home of Chris and Emma Land in Wakefield, to hear about their plans to take their son, Brody, to America for specialist care .

Emma and Chris Land say they need to know just what condition their young son has, so they can get the best treatment for him. All they know is that the four-year-old, from Horbury in Wakfield, has a rare form of dwarfism.

The parents of a little boy from Wakefield with an undiagnosed form of dwarfism have launched a fund-raising campaign to take him to America for treatment. Four-year-old Brody Land is only the size of a toddler and struggles with mobility.

His parents are hoping specialists in the states will be able to identify his condition so the proper treatment can be provided.
