There is more heartache for the mother of Ben Needham as we can reveal a man in Greece is claiming to know the whereabouts of her son, but he wants half a million pounds up front before he will reveal what he knows.

Negotiations with the man have been ongoing for three weeks and the revelation has caused huge upset to Kerry Needham, as she feels her family is being held to ransom.

Although police on Kos say they are not aware of the development, Kerry's MP Angela Smith will be contacting the Foreign Office, asking for the Greek authorities to intervene. Mark Witty has this exclusive report.
