Two sisters from Keighley have been fighting a Do Not Resuscitate order that was placed on their brother should he catch coronavirus.

Alistair Lodge has cerebral palsy and epilepsy. Marie Ann Peters and Sarah Lodge were told their brother would not be resuscitated if he fell ill with symptoms and worse still would not even be taken to hospital. That order has now been successfully overturned.

The charity Turning Point says there has been an "unprecedented" increase in the numbers of DNRs being issued during the pandemic and claims the process is unlawful.
