Motorcyclist dies following collision near Flinton

A motorcyclist who died following a collision near Flinton in East Yorkshire, has been named by police as Jack Swatman.

The 23-year-old was riding his motorcycle on the B1238 towards Aldbrough when it left the carriageway and collided with a hedge at around 10pm on Monday 1 June.

Mr Swatman suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital, where he has since died.

His family has asked for privacy at this time.
