Man from Huddersfield charged in connection with suspected left-wing terrorism
Dominic Noble, a 32-year-old man, has been charged after he was arrested in connection with suspected left-wing terrorism offences.
Counter Terrorism Policing North East said Noble, from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, has been charged with a total of 14 offences including possessing documents likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
A spokesperson said:
He said Noble has been charged with offences contrary to Section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
These are 13 offences of the possession of documents likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism and one of viewing or accessing a document likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
Noble, of Hall Cross Grove, Huddersfield, is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court today.
