There has been a large rise in the number of problem gamblers seeking help for their addiction since the lockdown.
Those struggling to resist temptation while self-isolating are being urged to register for a government-backed service which blocks them from betting online called GAMSTOP.
One recovering addict from Yorkshire says the support is working.
