Tuesday:Overnight showers clearing to give a dry morning with some sunshine. Cloud likely increasing though the day, with scattered showers developing through the afternoon. Many parts remaining dry, however. Maximum temperature 9 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:Frosty start Wednesday, then largely dry before outbreaks of rain spread east later. Rain clearing early Thursday, but staying rather cloudy. Early sunshine Friday, then cloud and showery rain later.
