19-year-old in 'serious condition' after Sheffield stabbing
A police investigation is continuing into the stabbing of a teenager in Sheffield.
Emergency services were called in the early hours of Sunday (1 March)to reports that a 19-year-old had been stabbed in the Carver Street area of the city centre.
He remains in a serious condition.
Detectives cordoned off a large part of Carver Street and Division Street for enquiries and forensic examination work to take place.
South Yorkshire Police said a 23-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
