Dove House Hospice in Hull 'overwhelmed' by response after burglar break in

Staff at Dove House Hospice in Hull say they have been "overwhelmed" by the number of kind offers and donations after more than £2,000 worth of computer equipment and cash was stolen on Monday morning.

Burglars were filmed on CCTV taking the goods after breaking into the hospice, which cares for people with life-limiting illnesses, through a side door. Police are investigating the incident.

Bosses say the response has made all the difference.
