'More could have been done' for 15-year-old Samuel Baker
A catalogue of failures ultimately leading to a fifteen year old Sheffield boy being stabbed to death have been highlighted in a new report released today by those responsible for protecting him.
Sam Baker was killed by another teenage boy later convicted of his manslaughter. Today it was revealed Sam had been contacted four hundred times in three years by agencies there to support him before he became another victim of knife crime in the city.
